2026.09.29Latest release

Your Folderly tools, now together.

Meet the Folderly workspace for creating campaigns, checking sending domains, previewing emails, running email tests and reviewing DMARC activity.

New

  • A home for the Folderly suite

Explore AI, Lens, Mirror, Flash and DMARC at ai.folderly.com, then open the tool you need inside your workspace. Product access, connections and subscriptions remain specific to each product.

    Explore Folderly AI

  • Follow the work across products

Use the shared navigation to move between writing, domain checks, email previews, real email tests and DMARC. Connect an existing DMARC workspace to bring its activity into Folderly AI.

2026.09.24

DMARC, alongside your campaigns.

Keep domain authentication checks and campaign work in the same Folderly AI workspace, with control over the access you share.

New

  • Start DMARC with your Folderly AI account

Create a new DMARC workspace without registering again. Start with one domain; creating the workspace does not start a subscription or trial.

    Open DMARC in Folderly AI

  • Connect your existing DMARC workspace

Bring your domain activity and authentication summary into Folderly AI after connecting your existing account. Your domains, memberships and subscriptions stay with that workspace.

  • Guided domain setup

Add a sending domain, review its DMARC record and check whether DNS is ready to route reports to your workspace. You choose and publish the DNS changes.

Improved

  • Access you can remove

Disconnect a DMARC workspace from Folderly AI when you need to. Access stops while the workspace and its domains are kept.

2026.09.08

Keep good results moving.

Take a useful result into your campaign workspace and keep editing from there.

Improved

  • Keep the subject line you tested

Carry your chosen subject line into a new campaign through signup or sign-in. Add the email body when you are ready.

    Test a subject line

  • Save the spintax preview you chose

Choose a preview and continue with that exact text in Folderly AI. Moving or editing the result does not trigger an AI rewrite or use generation credits.

    Preview your spintax

  • A clearer next step after generating

Continue into the workspace with your brief and draft preserved in the same browser tab, then save the campaign to your account.

2026.09.06

From first draft to a campaign you can reuse.

Keep your client brief, edits, review, and exports together. This update makes campaign preparation easier to pick up where you left off.

New

  • A workspace for your campaigns

Save a client brief with your offer, audience, voice, approved proof, and available assets. Create and edit one email, a campaign plan, or a sequence, then reopen it when you need it.

    Open your workspace

  • Saved versions, approval, and exports

Keep up to 10 saved versions, mark a specific version approved, and export your copy as text or CSV. Editing the copy starts a new review; saving and editing do not use generation credits.

  • Campaign results alongside your copy

Import one row of campaign totals, review it before saving, and see reply and meeting rates with the campaign. Use aggregate counts rather than contact lists.

  • A free spintax preview tool

Validate flat spintax syntax, count combinations, and inspect up to 12 previews while keeping merge fields intact. The tool runs in your browser and requires no account.

    Try the spintax tool

Improved

  • Pick up the same draft

Carry your exact draft and checker notes into the workspace during signup in the same browser tab. Even a partially completed brief is preserved.

  • More control over AI rewrites

Choose explicitly before sending an existing draft to the AI provider for rewriting. Moving a draft or editing it manually does not trigger an AI rewrite.

  • Clearer guidance for proof and claims

Generation now gets stronger instructions to use your supplied facts and available assets. Review claims before sending, especially numbers, customer results, and promised resources.

Fixed

  • A smoother path from pricing to checkout

Your selected plan stays with you through signup and sign-in. Existing subscribers can manage billing, and customers with canceled subscriptions can subscribe again.

  • More useful draft checks

Copy review checks the actual emails at the right sequence step. Sender checks marked “Not checked” are excluded from the overall checker score.

  • More reliable saved work

History pagination no longer skips the next draft. Regenerate requests a fresh result, and conflicting campaign edits from another tab prompt you to reload instead of silently overwriting newer work.
