Optional AI draft review

When you allow a review and choose Review draft in the campaign workspace, we send that email's subject, body and single-email or sequence format, the offer, audience, goal, voice, approved proof and available assets to TypeSafe's Jev service. Editing, saving or generating a campaign does not automatically start this review.

The review provides suggestions about the supplied material. It does not verify real-world facts, approve a campaign or send email. Results stay with the current workspace view and are cleared when the reviewed content changes. Review requests are rate limited; we do not add the draft text to review logs.

Mirror previews and batches

When you run a Mirror preview or batch in your Folderly account, Mirror stores the check results and the names you give your emails. For a single preview it also stores a rendered copy of the email with scripts and remote content removed; the HTML you pasted is not stored as sent. For a batch it stores a short summary for each letter and never the letter's HTML.

These records belong to your account and are deleted from Mirror automatically when they expire, no later than 30 days after you create them. You can delete any preview or batch sooner in Mirror's History; deleting a preview also turns off its share links. A share link shows the preview's name and findings, never the email's HTML.
